    Description

Our steel wire net is the future of enclosure materials.

Unobtrusive, flexible, strong and rustproof. Our handwoven ferruled mesh can be used for both wall and roof net in aviary projects, as well as in traditional fence lines. Its flexibility creates gently curving shapes, that softens the otherwise hard impression that a high-safety fence material can often have.

The Stainless Ferruled Net is rustproof and will withstand highly corrosive urine from large cats and other species for more than 30 years of worry-free operation.

The mesh is hand spliced from stainless steel wire 316, and is offered in silver or black oxide finish.
We can offer configurations that are suitable for everything from small birds to large predators and everything in between: Wire diameters between 1,2 to 3,5 mm, and eye sizes from 20×20 mm to 150×150 mm.

We often use the ferrule mesh in cases where more intricate 3D geometric shapes are needed, because the tolerances are better than the handwoven mesh. In addition, we perform in-house laboratory test on this net to determine the physical properties. This means we can use it in more advanced applications like tensile structures, where we create digital 3D models of the net structure, that accurately predicts how the net shapes will behave on the building site when the structure is installed. This opens up a wide array of creative and architectural possibilities, for those projects where the visual expression is a high priority
